Rooms were well-equipped and provided with comfortable linens and an incredible bath, as example. It was based in very nicely decorated building in an excellent and unbeatable location, in a local neighbourhood. Every member of the staff was attentive.

Charming small and beautifuly designed place, I enjoyed attentive personnel.

I spent here 5 pleasant days and will be back. Whole place was clean with magnificent views; good location in the centre. A mini fridge bar, climate control, and a personal safe were available in my classic room. It had very comfy beds, gates.

We had Wheelchair Accessible room with spacious bathroom, comfortable linens, a great view, which was important. An electric kettle, a refrigerator and glassware were a big plus.

Liked everything.

We were pleasantly surprised by the lush surroundings at Gold Smith Residence. It felt like a calm and refreshing oasis in the hot Siem Reap. The warm towels and Passionfruit juice upon arrival made us feel very welcomed. The location was great, just a short tuk-tuk ride to Pub street. The lobby and breakfast area were beautifully designed, and the pool was clean and inviting. The rooms were spacious, clean, and had huge bathrooms with comfortable beds. The staff were always present, helpful, and welcoming. We were impressed with their quick response when we needed an iron and when we forgot some belongings in our previous room. The room rates were very reasonable and we definitely got more than we paid for. We will definitely recommend Gold Smith Residence to our friends. we had a wonderful stay.

There were some minor inconveniences during our stay, like the air-conditioning taking a while to cool and the fridge not being very cold. Some clothes hooks and shampoo holders in the bathrooms needed to be fixed for more hanging space.

The classic room we stayed in was good-sized and luxurious. Location: the hotel was short walk to the main tourist area of town, Battambang and the centre of Siem Reap.

I didn't want to say goodbye, so can recommend this hotel. Place was fairly clean, everything was awesome. The location was magnificent, approx 10-15 minutes' walk from Pub Street. It was set close to pubs and restaurants. The employees at the property were absolutely kind and exceptionally nice.
